Guidelines for Initial Submission

Review & Decision

There are four possible outcomes for submitted full papers:

  1. Accepted with Original Submission: An official acceptance notification will be sent via email, allowing the author to proceed with registration.
  2. Major Revision: Papers requiring significant changes must be revised according to reviewer comments and resubmitted for further review. If the reviewers are satisfied with the revisions, an official acceptance notification will be issued for registration.
  3. Minor Revision: Papers needing minor adjustments should be revised according to reviewer comments. The editor will then decide whether to issue the official acceptance notification for registration.
  4. Rejected: Papers that do not meet the required standards will not be considered for further review, even if revised.

Note: The guest editor's decision will be the final one.
