Click the submit now button, you will be directed to the Microsoft CMT site.
Click the Register Button and Enter your details
After registering, you will receive a confirmation mail to your registered mail ID for the account activation.
Click the link in your mail to activate your CMT account
Login to the CMT system using the credentials and you will be redirected to the author console.
In the author console, you can find the "Create New Submission button". Using that you can submit your article.

In the left corner tab, you may see theMy Conferences Tab. In that, you have to choose our conference name "ICATSM2025"
Now you can find the "Create New Submission button". Using that you can submit your article.

We invite full-length original research contributions and review articles. Submissions should not exceed twelve pages according to the standard format. Manuscripts exceeding this limit will incur an additional page charge.
Submitted manuscripts must present original research ideas, developmental concepts, analysis, findings, results, etc. They must not have been previously published or under review in any journal, magazine, or conference proceedings.
Manuscripts must include the name of the corresponding author, their email ID, and the affiliation of all authors.
Plagiarism should be less than 15% (as per TURNITIN), with any single source contributing less than 5%. ICATSM'25 has a strict anti-plagiarism policy; manuscripts failing the plagiarism check will be rejected without review.

Initial screening will be performed by the editors on the originality, content, scope, reliability, and relevance of the research to the conference theme. ICATSM'25 is committed to protecting intellectual property, and all submissions will be screened for plagiarism. By submitting your work, you consent to ICATSM'25 conducting a plagiarism check..
After the screening, the selected good quality submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review. The assessment will consider aspects such as relevancy, structure, research methodology, ethical standards, language quality, originality, references, hypothesis, result presentation, proficiency, and formatting.
Each submission will be reviewed by three members of the international program committee. Conference organizers have a team of more than 250 quality researchers to review the submitted articles.
Papers will be evaluated based on their novelty and contribution to innovative research. After the reviewer reports, the decision on the paper will be made by the guest editor. Accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings and published according to the author's selected publication track.

There are four possible outcomes for submitted full papers:

Accepted with Original Submission: An official acceptance notification will be sent via email, allowing the author to proceed with registration.
Major Revision: Papers requiring significant changes must be revised according to reviewer comments and resubmitted for further review. If the reviewers are satisfied with the revisions, an official acceptance notification will be issued for registration.
Minor Revision: Papers needing minor adjustments should be revised according to reviewer comments. The editor will then decide whether to issue the official acceptance notification for registration.
Rejected: Papers that do not meet the required standards will not be considered for further review, even if revised.

Note: The guest editor's decision will be the final one.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register in full and present their paper at the conference.
Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and published.
A fee payment is required to attend the conference.
Presentations should last approximately 15 minutes. You may use any type of presentation and number of slides you prefer. Please arrive early to ensure all necessary equipment is available.
Authors of accepted submissions must register and pay the registration fee before the deadline. At least one author per paper must register and attend the conference.
Corresponding authors should thoroughly review their articles before the final submission date, as this will be the last opportunity for any revisions or acknowledgments. No changes will be accommodated after the final submission deadline.
To complete the conference registration, authors must forward the following documents:
- Final camera-ready paper (in an editable format such as Word or LaTeX)
- Copyright agreement form (duly signed by the corresponding author with the date)
- Payment proof (registration fee per paper can be paid by any one of the authors)
- Permission request form (signed by a third-party user if any third-party material is used)
